De-Watering Bags from WESTERN FIBER COMPANY
The de-watering bag is an effective device for separating sediment from pumped water. Made from heavyweight, nonwoven geotextile fabric, the bag filters water diluted by solids and sediment with ease.
The input sleeve is designed to accommodate several hose diameters. Securing the de-watering bag to the hose is quick and easy with heavy duty webbing and d-rings sewn to the sleeve. To maintain uniform integrity, each bag is sewn with a 4 thread lockstitch hem and an additional perimeter lockstitch using high strength, marine-rated poly thread.

Gravel bags can be filled with a variety of media (sand to gravel) to acheive your desired dewatering results. They are constructed from a superior quality, nonwoven geotextile fabric produced by needle punching together 100% from polypropylene fibers in a randon network to produce a dimensionally stable fabric. Our blend of polypropylene is specially formulated to reduce UV degradation and is inert to commonly encountered soil chemicals. Our fabric will not rot or mildew, is non-biodegradable and is resistant to damage caused by insects or rodents.
